Can we pay on a business invoice?
Yes. All invoices are in your company's name, including VAT breakdown. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal, at the latest 2 weeks before departure. For regular clients we offer monthly post-billing.
Do we get a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. For business trips you get a dedicated travel advisor who knows your preferences and regular routes, so you don't need to explain everything again each time.
What's included in the quote price?
All quotes include bus with driver, VAT and other taxes, and tolls, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden costs.
How many people can we transport?
From 8 people in a taxi bus to 90 people in a double decker. For larger groups we deploy multiple buses. Not sure between two sizes? We're happy to advise when you request your quote.
How quickly do we need to book a business trip?
You receive a quote right after your request. For a company outing we recommend requesting at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For larger groups or trips abroad, we recommend booking even earlier.
Can we still change the trip after booking?
Yes, changes up until shortly before departure are easy to pass on. Small changes are often free. Larger changes, such as extending the trip, may incur additional costs.
